Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to buy age-restricted items (marked 🔞 on the product). We verify your age with a government-issued photo ID (passport or UK driving licence) before you can pay, and the courier may check ID again on delivery. We will refuse or cancel any order where we cannot verify that you are 18 or over, and refund it in full.
Your order
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we email you an order confirmation after payment is taken.
- Orders must total at least £15.00. A single order can include at most 5 age-restricted items; for more, use the “larger order request” option at checkout and we'll review it.
- Many items are one-off collectables. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
- We may cancel an order if we believe the sale would be unlawful, including where a delivery address or the way an order is split looks designed to get around the limits above.
Prices, fees and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling. The price you see at checkout, including delivery, is the price you pay.
- Where a new age check is needed for your order, a separate age-verification fee of £1.00 is shown before you pay. It contributes to the cost of our identity-verification provider. It is not charged if your account already holds a valid age check.
- Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. We never see your card details.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only, using the services and prices set out on our Delivery & Age-Restricted Items page. Age-restricted items are not left in a safe place, locker or with a neighbour. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Cancelling and returning
Your rights to cancel and return goods are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right in line with your legal rights.
Lawful use
Items are sold as collectables, display and outdoor tools. You are responsible for carrying and using them lawfully — it is an offence to carry a bladed article in public without good reason. Nothing we sell may be used to threaten or harm anyone.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Accounts
An account is optional. Keep your sign-in details secure. We may close an account that is used to avoid our age or order limits.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts). If you have a complaint, email us first and we will try to sort it out.
